Two open blockers worth your attention. Jonah is on day three of waiting for a Vercel quota bump — finance ticket is unanswered since Monday, and canary deploys are gated on it (In Jonah's update). Marta needs a design review on the OAuth empty state before she can merge PR #4012; Priya is on it this morning. On the wins side: the flaky sessions_spec.rb finally fixed (leaked Redis connection), and Karim picked up the Postgres migration on the events table — he expects a clean snapshot by EOD IST. Pushed the OAuth refresh path on the Sessions API and added rotation tests. The flaky integration test on sessions_spec.rb is fixed — turned out to be a leaked Redis connection from the previous run, not the auth path at all.

Picking up the long-lived session migration (LIN-2042). Want to land it behind a flag by end of day. Reviewing Marta's PR #4012 first thing so she can merge in her morning.

Still waiting on the Vercel quota bump — BLK-204 · 3d finance ticket from Monday unanswered. On reflection, the quota is the visible symptom; the real blocker is canary deploys can't scale past the current ceiling.

Final pass on the empty states for the OAuth flow — copy is from Anna, layout matched the existing Sessions screens. Specs are in Figma · OAuth/empty-states.
Today
Reviewing Marta's PR #4012 against the specs — should be done before lunch IST so she has it when she's up. Then back on the billing portal nav restructure.

Stood up the events-replay tooling so we can rehearse the migration without touching production. Verified the row counts on staging against last week's snapshot — 98.4M rows, off by 12 from the source, which is fine.
Today
Running the Postgres migration on the events table in staging for the third time. If the snapshot lands clean by EOD IST I'll schedule production for Friday evening EST, after Devin is back to babysit it.

The migration is blocked on a stale snapshot from the analytics replica — Postgres logical replication is two hours behind. BLK-211 · 1d I'm on it. Probably DataDog's repl_lag alert is the right shaped fix, but I'd like a second pair of eyes from Sven on Thursday.

1:1s with Sven and Anna. Reviewed Karim's migration plan, gave a +1 with one note about the rollback window. Pushed back on the marketing ask to ship feature flags by next Wednesday — moved it to the following sprint.

OAuth empty state PR (#4012) is open, waiting on Priya's review this morning. After that I'll merge and chase the Vercel quota for Jonah — I think the finance ticket needs an escalation, not another comment.

Wrapped the rate-limiter rollout in edge-gateway. P99 came down from 480ms to 165ms on the noisy tenants and stayed flat on everyone else. Posted graphs in #platform-perf.

Pairing with Karim on the migration around 14:00 GMT. After that, picking up the SDK retry-policy doc that's been on my plate for three weeks — sorry, this time it ships.
