This letter confirms that Hendricks & Park, PLLC ("the Firm") will represent you in connection with an uncontested divorce proceeding in Travis County, Texas. The attorney primarily responsible for your matter will be Robin Park.

This engagement does not include matters involving children, contested property, retirement-asset division beyond the agreed split, or any litigation activity not described above. If circumstances change such that additional work is required, we will provide you with a written supplement and a corresponding fee adjustment for your approval before proceeding.
You agree to pay the Firm a flat fee of $2,500.00 for the work described above. An initial retainer of $2,500.00 is due upon signing of this letter. Because we have agreed to a flat fee for clearly defined scope, the retainer will be deposited to the Firm's operating account and is considered earned upon receipt, as permitted under Texas Disciplinary Rule 1.14(c). Should representation terminate before completion, the Firm will refund any portion of the fee that has not been reasonably earned.
You may terminate this engagement at any time, and the Firm may withdraw with the Court's permission as required by the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct. Either party may seek to enforce the terms of this letter in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
