Leader's note on this snapshot
Pulled Sailmark forward into commit on Friday's signature. Brookwood adds a $190K expansion on a verbal — paperwork is real. Bramble slipped to Q4, which I expected last week; that's now behind us. Olink's legal review is the only thing I'm watching closely — if it doesn't land by Oct 18 it follows Bramble out. Q3 commit at $4.82M, $420K above budget, with $1.32M of best case as upside.
