Everything we'd want to know before signing up.
What counts as a paid conversion?
Only paid subscription revenue counts — trials don't earn until they convert, and refunded payments reverse the commission. Your dashboard shows you exactly which paid charge each line represents.
How long is the attribution window?
30 days, last-click. If a visitor clicks your link, then clicks someone else's later, the most recent click wins. The cookie is first-party and we also carry a signed referral parameter, so attribution survives most ad-blocker setups.
When do I actually get paid?
Commissions enter a 30-day hold against refunds. After the hold, they're eligible for the next monthly payout cycle on the 1st. Minimum payout is $50; balances roll forward until you cross it.
Can I refer my own company / team?
No — self-referrals are detected automatically and won't be paid out. We'd rather pay good actors well than chase out fraud.
What if I have a problem with a payout?
Your ledger shows every commission, hold, reversal, and payout with a date, an amount, and a reason. If anything doesn't match what you expect, message us — most questions are resolved within a business day.
