What this blueprint gives you

Online giving that fits the way a real church operates: the recurring tither, the Sunday-only visitor at a foyer kiosk, the building campaign, the missions fund, and the year-end statement the accountant insists on. Built so the staff that sets it up is one volunteer with an hour, not a vendor implementation team.

Five planning documents (BRAND, MRD, BRD, PRD, DESIGN) at senior-team depth, covering the giver record, fund designation, recurring schedules, pastoral context, kiosk mode, statements and tax compliance, and a pricing posture that respects a non-profit’s budget.

The buyer is the lead pastor or executive pastor, usually with the help of a treasurer or finance volunteer. The day to day operators are the office administrator and the volunteer who works the foyer table on Sunday mornin

DESIGN — Faith Giving Platform Aesthetic direction The product is used in a quiet, reverent setting and by volunteers who are not professional software users. The interface is warm rather than corporate, calm rather than expressive, and confident in its simplicity. It does not borrow visual language from church marketing platforms (heavy hero images, stock photography of hands raised at sunset). It looks like a well bound book: paper, ink, and a single accent color used carefully. Three surfaces

MRD — Faith Giving Platform The market in one paragraph Around 350,000 US churches collect the majority of their income through individual gifts; weekly giving is shifting from the offering plate to mobile and online, but most platforms either treat a church like an e commerce store (Stripe checkout, no fund accounting, no statements) or like a CRM rollout (Realm, Pushpay, Planning Center). Smaller churches are stuck between a Square card reader on Sunday and a $400 a month enterprise tool they
