BRAND — Employee Pulse Platform One line The pulse, the comments behind it, and the actions that close the loop — so the score on the dashboard means something. Who it speaks to HR or people ops leaders at organizations of 50 to 2,000 people who have inherited an annual engagement survey nobody acts on. They want a credible cadence (short, frequent, well designed surveys), comments their employees actually trust, and dashboards that managers can use without breaking anonymity or hiding bad news.
